Knowledgeable staff members armed with a plethora of pamphlets eagerly answer queries on tourism, transport, dining, how to spend the next two hours in the city, etc. It never fails to impress when a request such as recommend a restaurant for a casual dinner gathering of VIPs that need table and chair seating in a traditional atmosphere on a strictly limited budget is answered after a brief skim through records and a telephone call to confirm.
